Get Involved Locally
Our humanitarian teams work all year long making and collecting humanitarian supplies to take with us to Latin America. Our humanitarian supplies are used for service projects in orphanages, children’s cancer hospitals, maternity hospitals, and for families in need.
Eagle Scouts, women’s organizations, youth groups, service organizations, and families enjoy helping us collect and create all sorts of humanitarian supplies. Projects include making quilts; sewing newborn receiving blankets, booties, and gowns for newborn kits; putting together newborn kits, hygiene kits, and school kits; and gathering missionary clothing and other supplies.
All donations must be approved.
Please contact us before you begin your project, so we can tell you specific upcoming needs and make sure your project is a good fit for us.

Newborn, Hygiene, and School Kits
We recommend buying the supplies for these kits from Mandalay International. Mandalay buys their products directly from foreign factories and imports them at fantastic prices, all with the purpose of stocking humanitarian kits. Visit their website at www.humanitarianproducts.com.
We also welcome large quantities of single items. For instance, during August and September, school supplies can be found at a significant discount. We serve orphanages which function as schools, and can use large quantities of items such as crayons, markers, glue, construction paper, pencils, paper, scissors, art supplies, stickers, and other craft supplies.
You may also sew and put together your own kits. Please follow these guidelines.
